Funny thing about all these "new old" diseases floating around in the air today;brucellosis, rocky mountain spotted fever, plague, tularemia, typhoid, yellow fever, dysentery, rinderpest, botulinum toxin, anthrax, Q fever, bovine TB, hanta, sars, and so many many more,....
while doing a little research on biological weapons of mass destruction (BWMD) I have learned that nearly all of these viruses' are the exact same agents governments have been experimenting with for use in biological and chemical warfare,.....

Bear in mind also as you read that their is MAJOR concern by the Powers-That-Be (PTB) about a world over-population crisis who are exploring ways to control it. Two of the USAs most famous "pop-con" worriers are Ted Turner and Opra Winfrey.
Just recently they attended a meeting of world leaders to discuss this very issue.

My answer, well maybe, but not before 1/2 or more of the population dies off, as is all a part of the "Elites Population Control Plan" to cause or allow the "less - desirables" and the needy of the world die off.
